• Studied at Mausi Sebess Cooking School in Buenos Aires, Argentina

• ServSafe Foodhandler Certified

• Worked as Executive Sous Chef role overseeing operations at the Hard Rock Hotel

• Worked as Executive Chef for international artists and the world-class Peperoni Group

• Currently serving as Executive Chef and Chain Manager of the most distinguished Italian restaurant in Punta Cana

• Career inspiration comes from European grandparents hailing from Spain, Croatia and Italy

• Inspired by childhood summer vacations in Argentina watching grandmother run her rotisserie business

• Journey to becoming a professional chef began after high school and going strong 24 years later
